This is no doubt one of the bigger MLM companies right now, and that is why you need a complete and honest Hempworx review.
With the legalization of marijuana in some states and the hype that CBD (cannabidiol) oils have brought, you can bet that there will be many other network marketing companies that will follow suit.
Now, is Hempworx the “crim de la crim” of network marketing CBD oils, or is it nothing but hype?
Is this possibly another Ponzi scheme disguised as a real MLM opportunity?
There are many questions that lack tons of information.
With all the reviews from other members claiming this is going to change your life, you can’t help but wonder.
Which really explains why you have landed on this review.
There is so much that needs to be addressed before you join something like this or any other business opportunity for that matter.
So before you make your way back to the person who introduced this to you, let me give you a better understanding of what you will be getting involved with.
I’m not exactly sure how long this review will take, but I will do my best to cover every aspect of the products and, most especially, the business that has its members promoting like crazy.
Hempworx Review – Product Overview
Name: Hempwrox
Website: www.hempworx.com
Owner: Josh and Jenna Zwagil
Price: $69
Overall Rating: 2.5/5 stars
Definitely came with lots of hype, but Hempworx seems to be slowing down. The products are fair but we all know that recruiting is the name of the game.
So What is Hempworx
Hempworx is a multilevel marketing company that focuses on hemp-based products.
They started with a few and are continuing to add to their list of products.
This is yet another MLM that has products designed for consumers to purchase and build their very own network marketing business.
Overall, I give this company 2.5 out of 5 stars as the idea of recruiting doesn’t sit well with most people, and you will continue to recruit until you get a yes.
If you aren’t into recruiting, this is not for you.
A Little History
A quick history on Hempworx.
The company was founded in 2014 by Josh and Jenna Zwagil, who also own My Daily Choice, which is now the parent company of Hempworx.
They specialize in Hemp-derived CBD products that come with a multilevel marketing opportunity that allows its members to create their own businesses by recruiting other Hempworx affiliates.
Now, what most people wonder is if all this hype will eventually fade, leaving its members looking for the next best thing.
That’s usually the case with companies that offer specialized products, but only time will tell.
Now when you look at companies that have a variety of products like Melaleuca, you can see that they have decades worth of history compared to the rest.
But let’s take a look at the products to see if this is something that can provide more than just hype.
The Products
Products with companies like this can be really complicated, so I will let this video explain more while I do my part below.
Hempworx has 11 hemp-derived products currently in their inventory.
They specialize in oils, topicals, and even some pet products.
From what it looks like, the company is trying to expand its product line, and that is why you will now see that they have coffee.
Yay!
You just gotta love coffee, but I have yet to come across one that actually tastes good and is worth your hard-earned money.
I have been pitched these products for the longest time and never gave in to them.
However, I did get some samples and was able to try them for myself.
I’m not the perfect candidate for this product, so I can’t really say that this did or will do something for me.
Let’s see what the company has to offer as far as products are concerned.
CBD Oils
The most popular product with Hempworx is their oils.
They come in 3 different flavors and are designed to help with a bunch of life’s ailments.
Just like this post from Healthline.com, CBD can help with a lot of the more common problems that we face in the world today.
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Cancer-related issues
- Acne
- Epilepsy
- Heart health
- Regular old Pain
So many products claim to do so much, but of course, they always fail to deliver.
Personally, I can’t see or feel any changes, but that’s usually how it is.
Just like when I tried Kyani and Melaleuca’s products, that had no positive effects on me.
Unless you call dizziness something because that’s about all I felt.
The price for a bottle of this oil is going to cost you $69 buckaroos.
Some complain that the price is too high but I have an explanation about that later in this review.
Hemp Infused Coffee
Using Arabian beans, Hempwork’s coffee uses 5MG of Hemp-Derived CBD.
I’ve had two bad experiences with MLM-based coffee products, but I am willing to give this a try, as I do love some coffee.
And if this is actually better than any I’ve ever tried, I might just join/promote this company.
But let’s not get ahead of ourselves.
The coffee does not contain any THC, so I’m sorry to say that you will not be getting high by drinking this coffee.
The coffee sells for about $2.30 per cup, but these will come in the form of instant coffee.
For those of you who don’t know what that means, just know that you will be shaking up those little packets that require some good old H2O.
And according to the next product, it doesn’t seem that it is so instant after all.
You might need to put the two together to make it taste the way you want it to taste.
Keto Coffee Creamer
What better way to sell more products than to have something in the CBD industry along with another craze?
The Keto diet.
With Hempworx, you can get some creamer for your coffee.
But like I said earlier, this looks like the flavoring for the previous product, which is the actual coffee.
This is not your ordinary creamer, though, as this product has CBD and is KETO-friendly.
You get to choose from hazelnut, vanilla, or mocha, and also comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Now, out of all the products that Hempworx offers, I think this is one that I am most curious about.
With the CBD and whatever it is that they put in this creamer, I might just have to try it with the coffee I am already drinking.
Let’s get out of coffee land, as the next product does not go in your mouth.
Renew Anti-Aging Cream
What will an MLM be without some skin products?
That is why Hempworx has its Renew anti-aging cream.
But according to their website, this product “may help the skin look younger, tighter, and brighter.”
May help but not guaranteed to do anything.
Oh, and it also “may help reduce wrinkles and fine lines.”
Too much “may help” going on here, so I’m not sure how effective this product really is.
Sounds like an iffy one to me, but you can’t knock it until you try it, right?
I’m sure its members will tell you that they look and feel like their 5 years old again, but that’s because they have a product to sell and a business to run.
Just like all the other products, Renew contains CBD but leaves the THC out of it.
A bottle of Renew will cost you $69 and also comes with a 60-day warranty.
Revive Cream
If the anti-aging cream wasn’t enough for your skin, here comes revive.
Seems very similar to the coffee and cream we just went over, as we have anti-aging cream and now this.
What in the world is going on here?
This cream is infused with collagen retinol, which is absolutely great for your skin.
That’s what they said, so don’t quote me on that one because I don’t even know what that means.
Do know that this is another anti-aging kind of cream, which kind of confuses me on what the first one was about.
Which one is better, and why is there even two kinds of creams?
Very confusing, but this one does cost $69 as well and also gives you a 60-day warranty.
Relief Icy Pain Rub
From anti-aging comes some pain relief.
This product is supposed to help soothe and relax your muscles.
Rather than making any claims themselves, they use their customer’s voices instead.
This is something new to me, but I guess it is the best way for anyone to cover their behinds and avoid making any crazy claims.
As far as how effective or helpful this cream really is, I am curious myself.
I’m going to grab me a bottle, and I will share my results a little later.
Bottle, jar, tub, what would you call this little container?
A thing of cream will run you $69 and also comes with a 60-day warranty.
Hempworx For Pets
This is one product I could not wait to get to.
Not to use myself but to see what it was all about
I don’t own any pets, but I was curious as to what and how CBD can help with your pets.
With Hempworx pets, you get some treats as well as oils.
The treats are beef-flavored, while the oil comes tasting like some lovely bacon.
These products activate the CB2 receptors, which can help optimize your dog’s overall health and balance.
Again, this is not guaranteed, but at the very least, that is what their pet products are supposed to do.
That’s about all that you can choose from within the Hempworx product line, and they all come with a health label so that you can see exactly what you are getting with each product.
According to NCSM.nl, there is a lot of confusion going on with CBD and CBD oil, so you might want to check that out if you aren’t sure about the ingredients that go into Hempworx products.
The Compensation Plan
With every MLM-based business comes the opportunity to make some money by referring other affiliates.
Hempworx is no different, but they do claim to have the best compensation plan on the market.
This is something that every company claims, though, so I decided to dig a little deeper to see what its members are getting compensated with.
To start things off, Hempworx is rewarding its affiliates with UP TO 85% of the total BV (business volume).
There are different ranks as well as bonuses that come with the business, and you can see that all here.
But to give you a quick rundown on how this all works, I have put together this “compensation in a nutshell” part of this review.
Without trying to complicate things, here is what you can expect as a newb to the world of network marketing.
To get started with this business, it is going to cost you a minimum of $39 but there are different packages that can go as high as $599.
Depending on the level you want to start off with will determine the price you will pay as well as the bonus you will receive.
When starting out, you are only going to receive 25% of the total BV.
Now, once you start recruiting and getting other affiliates involved, you will move up the ranks, and you will also earn a higher percentage on total BV.
There are some bonuses and all that other craziness that I’d rather not go over, as there is a complete webpage dedicated to explaining Hempworx’s compensation plan.
How About Making $1,000,000/Month?
I’m sure this caught much of your attention, and that’s completely normal.
Now, the reality of this happening, I’m sure, has got you questioning and wondering if this is even possible.
The answer is, of course, yes, but you are talking about some crazy recruiting of crazy recruiters that can recruit like crazy.
If you know what I mean.
In this industry, that kind of stuff is almost impossible and is already a complicated goal just trying to make that much money in a year.
And if you don’t believe me, you can always look at the income disclosure that is very much required with all legit MLMs.
If you just take a quick glance, you will see that not a single member has ever achieved $1 million dollars in a single month, and that hasn’t even happened in a single year.
So what does that tell you?
Their little claim is nothing more than a bunch of hype that is designed to get you excited.
I’m not a fan of hype, and that kind of stuff is beyond ridiculous when it comes to marketing.
I also know some of the big names in this company and let me just tell you that they have a crazy amount of affiliates under them.
On top of that, these affiliates are also really good at recruiting, so they have tons of people under them as well.
Now, if that’s all you can make with having thousands of people under you, then do you really think all this is worth the effort?
Not to mention the fact that there is no telling where this company will be in just one year from now.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Has real products
- Can make you money
- Products are sought after
- Is legit
Cons
- Products are nothing to go crazy about
- Pretty Pricey
- Requires recruiting
There are so many pros and cons that come with any MLM, so don’t really use this as a make-or-break kind of deal.
At the very least, you know that no one is trying to steal any money from you like other scams are doing.
Also, keep in mind that this is nothing new and will require you to put in the work and effort on your part, as the products will not sell themselves.
Now, what others say about the company is something that you can use to make or break your final decision, as this is coming from people who actually have given this their time.
Here are some of the stuff other Hempworx members have to say.
Hempworx Complaints
Not a single MLM is perfect, and every single one of them comes with complaints.
This does not mean a company is bad, and it doesn’t mean that any of it is true either.
Some are worse than others, but they all at least have something negative to say.
You’re a smart person, so just use good judgment and really think about what is being complained about.
Now, of course, the positive reviews will come from its members, who will most likely do what they can to get others to join.
That’s just how it is, and you have to be the judge of what is good and bad.
Now let’s see what types of complaints Hempworx members have.
Products Are Too Pricey
$69 for a bottle of oil or cream is definitely not something you can brush off as chump change.
What you do need to understand is the fact that, before anything else, this is a business.
Products are there, but everything is done for the sole purpose of being a multilevel marketing business.
A lot of Hempworx members seem to complain about the pricing, but they simply don’t understand how the overall MLM business model works.
How do you think members are able to be paid on multiple levels?
The pricing of products needs to be higher, or you won’t be able to offer a commission in the first level, let alone any levels after that.
So although this is a complaint, I hope you understand how money is able to be distributed on the business side of things.
However, I will still agree that $69 is a lot for some oil.
Misinformation
Before you buy any products, you need to understand what you are buying.
When it comes to CBD and oils, there are some things that can be very misleading.
There is CBD, CBD oils, and then there’s hemp oil.
Most members think they are being sold actual CBD oil, but that’s not the case.
Most of the Hempworx products use hemp oil and not CBD oil.
That is not something I personally discovered, so go to NSCM for the actual source, as I am not that smart or interested in CBD to notice such madness (lol).
False Hope Kind of Income
I covered this a lot earlier, but of course, others will have the same complaint.
Throwing around the chance to earn a million dollars PER MONTH is not a small thing.
In fact, it’s a huge thing in a way that doesn’t involve numbers.
As a newb to the company, that is something that will catch my attention.
And if I knew nothing about income disclaimers, I wouldn’t know the fact that NO ONE has made a million dollars in a single month.
Ever.
This right here is one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth, but I am at least thankful that I didn’t have to review another online scam.
Getting Started With Hempworx
To join Hempworx, you will actually need to be sponsored by another affiliate.
If not, you will most likely get put under the company’s owners, and you won’t likely get some 1 on 1 help that you would if you went through one of its regular members.
What I did like about Hempworx is the fact that you do not need to be an affiliate to purchase products.
And if you do want to become an affiliate, you only have to pay a one-time fee of $20.
That’s not a bad deal and you can also share the business with others so that you can make some money.
Final Verdict: Legit
At the very least, I am glad to say that Hempworx is not a scam.
They are as legit as any MLM comes and one venture you might want to consider if you feel that this might just work for you.
However, network marketing is one thing that requires a lot of thought before joining.
I know it sounds like the best opportunity at the time you were being marketed to, but don’t feel you have to make any decisions on the spot.
Before you join something like MLM, take your time and consider several things.
Do you have the time?
Can you recruit others?
Are these products something you will actually use yourself?
Don’t be like me, or you might be jumping from one MLM to the next until you realize that you really aren’t going anywhere.
I speak for 99% of all network marketers, so if you aren’t in that 1%, you might want to wait on this.
My Recommendation
I am a huge fan of business and, most especially, for others doing something bigger and better.
Forget about working for someone else and forget about being normal.
You are on this review because you want to know if this is the right opportunity for you.
I say yes, if you feel you can recruit others, but I also want you to know that this isn’t your only option.
I used to think it was back when I knew nothing about the internet, up until I figured out a real way to make money online.
So if you feel that you are going to join Hempworx as a way to make some extra money or possibly a living, just know that you do have options.
I personally recommend something like affiliate marketing, as that is what I use to make a living.
I’m sure you can appreciate real products and no recruiting, so definitely check that out.
Besides that, I hope this Hempworx review has given you more than enough information to make a wiser decision.
Please do share your thoughts, though as I’m sure you all have your own opinions.
Summary
Lots of hype of course and that’s because the products are very much in. In the end, this is just another MLM company that requires you to recruit others in order for you to make money.
