How to Work From Anywhere in the World – Even Without the Internet

Right now I am writing this blog post from a coffee shop and I work at different places throughout the week.

I don’t work for anyone, I set my own hours, and I can literally work from anywhere in the world.

As long as I have my laptop, I can get work done.

Most of the time I need an internet connection but that is only necessary for some parts of what I do.

I make money online and I do it in a way that allows me to have the freedom that I once only dreamed of.

So how do I work from anywhere in the world with the luxury of doing it whenever I want?

Well, I will tell you exactly how I do it but I will also show you other ways that it can be done.

For now, let’s go over “my way” as I think it is something you will be very much interested in.

How I Work From Anywhere in the World

Thanks to this thing called online marketing, I am able to work wherever I want.

Sure it does require me to get hooked up to the internet at some point of the day but it doesn’t always mean I have to be connected to get work done.

With something like affiliate marketing, I can do a lot.

I might not travel as much as other people that do such a “job” but that is only because I have way too many kids.

Once they get old enough, you can bet that we will be halfway across the world enjoying different beaches.

For now, biking to different coffee shops to work is enough.

I want to show you how you can do the same, so let’s get right into things.

Affiliate Marketing

If you have never heard of affiliate marketing, let me give you the most simplest understanding of how it works.

Affiliate marketing is nothing more than selling other people’s products all while gaining a commission in the process.

This process does not require you to own any products, deal with any shipping, talk to any customers, or anything that you would normally do with a regular business.

Thanks to the world wide web, such a business model exists and it is one that I have been doing for the past 5 years.

Make Money Writing

There are many of you out there that have this thing for writing but you aren’t getting paid enough.

Heck, some of you might not even be getting paid at all.

Today is the day that I hope you change things as there is just too much money to be made with such a skill that comes naturally to some.

Then again, I write for a living and I was never into it until I figured out that people were making thousands of dollars online.

What makes it even better is that there isn’t just one way to make money writing, so I want to give you some options.

Write For Yourself

If there was one thing I would recommend to anyone who even has just a wild imagination, it would have to be starting your very own blog.

From what once was a way to express yourself and maybe talk about the gross pizza you ate last night has now grown into an actual career.

I do it for a living and so do many other bloggers.

And if you haven’t already guessed it, this is exactly what I do that allows me to work from anywhere in the world.

There are many things you need to know about blogging but I think I’ll save that for another day.

Write For Someone Else

I have never done this but I do pay people to write for me.

The pay can be better than almost any other job out there and I only know this because I have paid out thousands of dollars to my writers over the years.

If you have $0 to your name, this is a great place to get started as a writer.

There are many people looking for writers, so you might want to visit Upwork or Fiverr to see what kinds of positions are available.

Make Money With E-Commerce

This type of work requires the internet almost 100% of the time but with it being apart of our lives, that won’t be hard to find.

I have tethered my laptop to my phone many times and that is one way you can get around being connected to the internet.

With E-Commerce, you not only can do it from anywhere in the world but the income potential is through the roof.

However, this type of business requires quite the capital and knowledge to get started but what doesn’t?

Just like writing, there are several ways you can make money within the E-commerce space.

Drop Shipping

This is my most favorite of all e-commerce type businesses.

One, you don’t need to own a single product and two, you don’t need any inventory.

With a regular brick n mortar business, you need products and you need some kind of store to sell them.

Not here.

With something like drop shipping, you don’t do any of that.

You don’t need to stock up on products and you don’t need to own an actual store.

Everything is done online.

The process is what amazes me the most.

With drop shipping, you will own an online store that will sit on this awesome thing called a website.

On that website, you will populate it with different products (preferably in a specific niche) and you will throw it out there for those interested in what you are selling.

By becoming a drop shipping partner with other companies, you will take whatever they order, place that order from your partner company, and send it directly to your customer.

How sweet is that?

The only “problem” with this is the fact that you need to place the order and ship it to your customers.

Now if that is a problem, then this is definitely not going to work for you.

Again, this requires a decent capital as you will be advertising your products in order for them to be seen.

Sell Other People’s Products

Another way you can take on something like E-commerce would be to flat out buy products and sell them on your store.

This time you will need to have some inventory and you will be responsible with shipping and returns on your own.

The profits can be higher with this method but do expect to put in some work.

Sell Your Own Products

This is very much like a traditional brick-and-mortar business but done online.

Also, you will have to own your own products.

Some of you might have some kind of knitting business that you would like to take to the internet and that is very much possible.

However, this does not only come with tangible products as you can use your skills to make money in this department.

People are looking to learn something and you might just be that person who can assist them with that.

You an create e-books or some kind of online course that people will be willing to pay good money for.

The best part about all this of course would be that you get to keep 100% of the profits.

Create an e-book and you can print on demand, which will mean that you simply just need to sell them.

And if you partner with sites like Clickbank, you can have affiliates push out your products for you as well.

I do not care what job you have right now, there is always room for change.

With what I mentioned above, there is no reason as to why you can’t do something so awesome.

If you are still a bit skeptical about all this and you aren’t one bit of a risk taker, then obviously, this lifestyle is not for you.

Now if you can get that timidness out of your system, you might just be sitting on a beach with a laptop working wherever you want.

Until then, it is going to require some major thinking and understanding.

Most of all, it is going to require you to take some major action.

If you can accomplish that, then I have no doubts in my mind that you can become another online success.
